Why electric cars will take over sooner than you think

You probably haven’t driven one yet let alone contemplated purchasing one but we are in the middle of a worldwide revolution. Arguably the biggest since Henry Ford’s started producing cars back at the beginning last century. The tipping point where sales of electric vehicles (EV’s) will very rapidly overwhelm petrol and diesel cars. Prominent car manufacturers intend only to sell electric car models from 2028 or even sooner. The simple fact is many countries are settings targets to ban the sale of fossil powered vehicles giving the impetus to the process. But what makes the revolution accelerate is the technological innovations similar to the evolution of the worldwide web. For those who hadn’t logged on it all seemed interesting but irrelevant. But like all new technology EV’s will follow similar non-linear path. It will evolve quickly and in some cases disrupt transportation/distribution, changing the way we do almost everything.

There has been massive improvements to EV’s, increased range on a single charge and accelerate from 0-60 in under 4 seconds, they are supremely comfortable, airy and bright. And after enjoying the peace and quiet no more dirty petrol fuel stops unequivocally you will never ever go back. So take one for a drive and see if, like us you want to be part of motoring’s future!
